3Account Registration

4Deposit & Payment

• The standard rollover is 10 times the total bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Bets placed on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and all other sports are subject to the official rulings of the respective governing bodies.
• In the event of a match cancellation or disrupted result, aladdin98 will follow the bet settlement rules established for each sport.
• In-play bets cannot be cancelled once submitted, except in cases of a clear technical error on aladdin98's part.
• The odds displayed are the odds applicable at the time the bet is submitted. If the odds change after submission but before confirmation, aladdin98's system will notify you of the change for your approval.

For casino games and live table games on aladdin98, the dealer's decision is final. Any dispute regarding a live table game outcome may be submitted to our software provider through aladdin98 customer support.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aladdin98 platform and may result in immediate account closure without compensation:

If an account is closed due to a proven breach of terms, all funds in the account — including the original deposit — may be forfeited by aladdin98. If the closure is initiated by aladdin98 with no breach on your part, any valid balance will be returned within 7 business days.

You may also close your own account at any time by reaching out to aladdin98 support via live chat. Any valid balance will be returned once all rollover requirements (if applicable) have been fulfilled.
